This column introduces findings and posts news releases from world-famous English language teaching, testing and studying organizations in order to inform Chinese readers of developments in English language teaching. KOTESOL's website offers new features THE improved KOTESOL website is now in service - with a new look and new features. Current KOTESOL members are required to update account information to access the new services. New features With KOTESOL's new website system you can now: * Participate in SIG (Special Interest Group) forums. * Easily send messages to other KOTESOL members online. * Edit your own contact details when you change addresses. * Manage your own subscriptions to SIGs, as well as to newsletters and mailings. * Change your username and e-mail address at any time. * Easily renew your membership without re-entering information. * Quickly register online for the International Conference using a bank transfer. * Use an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) reader to automatically keep yourself updated on what is happening in your SIG. Deadline for membership renewal June 25, 2008 About KOTESOL Korea Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (KOTESOL) is a professional organization for teachers of English. Its main goals are to assist members in their self-development.
