Seoul to open English-medium schools 韩国首尔计划建设以英语为教学语言的中学 THE Seoul City government plans to open two special middle schools mostly holding classes in English. There will be three admission phases for the enrollment procedures of the schools. First, students must be recommended by their principals. Secondly, they must pass an interview. Thirdly, a lottery will be held for those who passed the first two phases.
