WELL-KNOWN novelist and Tsinghua university student Jiang Fangzhou (蒋方舟) has recently been named as the most innovative young writer in China by Rao Xueman's Zui Nvsheng (《最女生》) magazine. She was also named as one of the top 10 newcomers in the youth literature world. "I'm a bit surprised," she revealed, "The award has come late as I've been publishing for almost ten years now." Talking about her campus life in Tsinghua, she said that she lives by a simple routine in the classrooms and libraries, and rarely feels like a celebrity.
