FOR guys just about anywhere, the summer uniform doesn't vary much: a T-shirt, a pair of shorts, a pair of sandals or sneakers. But this summer in Brooklyn, New York – probably in other parts of the US too – there seems to be a new fashion trend, at least according to a New York Times article.
