IT has a blue sky, golden beaches, and a lovely climate. This is what Rizhao, a coastal city in Shandong province, offers to its people. Rizhao won a United Nations Habitat award (人居奖) on October 5 for its planning, which has turned the city into a green paradise (天堂).
