THE UK government apparently thinks graduates who are still living at home are being spoiled by their parents. A guide released last week by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills advised parents to show their kids “tough love” to get them up off the couch. “If you are making life too comfortable at home, why would they get a job?” the guide asks. It urges parents to charge their kids for rent and require them to do their own wash. Here's how some readers of the Guardian newspaper responded:
