ON July 13, “Triumphant-Return Day”, the Netherlands’ soccer team celebrated their World Cup success. I went to the big party held in Amsterdam with some friends from our school exchange program. To our surprise, even though the team lost to Spain in the final, a huge crowd had gathered in the square to greet the players. |  |
