ACCORDING to a recent survey, over 23 percent of Chinese high school students have trouble falling asleep. There are a number of conditions (情形) that can make it difficult for teenagers to get the rest they need. During the teenage years, the body’s biological clock (生物钟) tells them to fall asleep later at night and wake up later in the morning.
