SPANISH tennis player Rafael Nadal, 24, won the US Open last Monday. With his first US Open title, Nadal completed a career golden slam (大满贯). He had previously won the French Open five times, Wimbledon twice, and the Australian Open once. He also won Olympic gold in Beijing in 2008.
