TO bring attention to slow Internet connections in some areas of England, a carrier pigeon (信鸽) raced a broadband Internet connection on September 16. The pigeon carried a disk (光盘) containing a 5-minute video from one rural town to the next. At the same time the pigeon left, a computer began to upload the video.
