A MILLION Russian dumplings may not seem like the typical (典型的) top prize for an international singing competition. But that’s just what American Edward Pimentel took home after he won the World Karaoke Championships on September 24. Organizers say that if Pimentel ate 100 dumplings a day, he could finish his top prize in 27 years. The runners-up in the Moscow competition won brand-new (崭新的) karaoke machines. |  |
