LUCKY American Ernest Pullen has won the Missouri lottery for the second time. He first won a million dollar jackpot (彩票头奖) – a $1.36 million (9 million yuan) to one chance – this June and went on to win the $2 million jackpot (a $2.2 million to one chance) last week. Pullen is reported to have commented: “I’m a lucky guy.” US journalists add that Pullen has never won a coin toss (投掷). |  |
