A MAN who disguised (伪装) his iPhone as a gun and attempted to rob (抢劫) an Indian restaurant in New London, Connecticut, US, was foiled (挫败) by a real knife. When the restaurant owner was not scared off by the fake gun and used a knife to fight back, the robber found he didn’t have a “Plan B”. Instead, he apologized, saying he just needed money for his child, then fled, according to police. Police say he was lucky the knife-wielding (挥动) staff didn’t demand the man’s cell phone, too.
