RYAN Stephens of Mason, Ohio, US will stand trial on April 21 for barking at a police dog. Police officer Bradley Walker spotted Stephens with his face only inches away from the window of the police car, barking at Timber, Walker’s police dog. When Walker asked Stephens why he was barking at the dog, Stephens replied: “He started it. He was harassing (骚扰) me.” When questioned about the incident (事件), Timber had “no comment” for reporters.
