Chen Yihua, a 16-year-old student at No 16 Middle School in Guangzhou proved that you can make a difference, if you’re willing to take a stand on an issue. Chen was just one of the local commuters unhappy with Guangzhou metro’s 92-million-yuan redecoration and refurbishment scheme. However, Chen was the only passenger to take action against the scheme.
