THE new full-body scanners (扫描仪) at US airports proved themselves late last month - they kept snakes off a plane. A man stuffed (塞) live snakes down his pants. He was trying to get them past security (安检) at Miami Airport. Authorities said the man was behaving strangely and looked like he had “ants in his pants”. Officers from the US Department of Fish and Wildlife took away the animals. They arrested (逮捕) the man for illegal (非法的) wildlife trade. |  |
