Bare bottoms are no longer OK

WALKING around naked (裸体的) is usually legal (合法的) in San Francisco, California, US. But now politicians feel they must stop somewhere. Scott Wiener, a city supervisor (主管), wants to pass a rule to say that public nudists (裸体主义者) have to put a cloth or similar under their bottoms if they take a seat in public. The rule would also make nudists cover up in restaurants. Wiener said of the rule: “I’m not a health expert, but I believe sitting nude in a public place is not sanitary (卫生的). Would you want to sit on a seat where someone had been sitting naked? I think most people would say ‘No’.”
