NOVAK Djokovic, 24, finally had his revenge (复仇) on September 12. The Serbian, 24, beat Rafael Nadal to claim his first US Open championship, his third major title of the year. One year ago, Nadal beat Djokovic to win the title on the same court (球场). Djokovic attributed his success to a strong will. “When you go on court, a positive (积极的) attitude keeps you on top of your game.” When the winner is decided by small scores in big matches, Djokovic said he believed the champion is the one “who believes in victory (胜利) more”.
