No naked bottoms allowed

WALKING around naked (裸体) is usually legal in San Francisco, California, US. But now politicians feel there must be a limit. Scott Wiener, a city supervisor (监管者), wants to pass a rule requiring (要求) public nudists to put a cloth or other barrier (屏障) under their bottoms if they sit down in public. The rule would also require nudists to cover up in restaurants. Weiner said: “I’m not a health expert, but I believe sitting nude in a public place is not sanitary (卫生的). Would you want to sit on a seat where someone had been sitting naked? I think most people would say ‘No’.”
