The teenage singer and actress has given fans advice based on her own revelatory experience. She’s calling on them to speak out about their troubles, to get help and avoid a mental *breakdown. Levato had *concealed her eating disorders and other issues at school. But she finally faced up to her troubles last October and *underwent treatment. Now she’s well again. “You can recover and it’s possible if you tell someone,” she told the audience at a concert, according to the Associated Press.
