Taobao, China’s online shopping giant, is facing both online and offline protests by thousands of angry sellers. They have gathered at Taobao’s headquarters in Hangzhou to express their dissatisfaction, and have *disrupted *transactions on Taobao *Mall (Tmall.com), the successful virtual market place the company has built for *retailers.
