GIVING up smoking is not only good for your heart and lungs (肺) – it’s also good for your memory, according to a study by Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK. The research was published in this month’s online edition (版本) of Drug and Alcohol Dependence. It shows that stopping smoking can strengthen someone’s ability to remember everyday things, according to Sciencedaily.com.
