MOST people can never even afford a taste. But Alexander Valov managed to eat 500 grams of caviar (鱼子酱) in one minute and 26 seconds, making him the winner of the world’s first caviar speed-eating contest, according to Russian newspaper, Komsomolskaya Pravda.
