RECENTLY my Irish teacher Edward gave us a task about running a shop. He divided us into several groups and told us to write a business plan in English for running a coffee shop. The plan, he said, should include the name of the coffee shop，the design concept (概念)，the menu and any other points we thought were important for a successful business. To make us more interested, he offered a 200-dollar reward for the best plan. We all thought it sounded great!
