Upon leaving Guangzhou for Tanzania on a volunteer trip, Li Yingshu had two objectives: when in Rome, do as the Romans do; and make a difference for the local people. The 20-year-old sophomore from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies taught children about AIDS prevention in Tanzania last year.
