DO you know your potato from your onion? Or your carrot from your celery (芹菜)? Alarmingly, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver found that a lot of school students in the UK and the US didn’t. To deal with this problem, Jamie made it his mission to revolutionize (革新) school education about food. He campaigned to switch (换) the processed (处理过的) fast food served on school menus for more healthy options (选择). But he also realized that students needed to agree that it was better to eat the more healthy option. So Jamie went into the schools himself and taught the students about all the different types of foods.
