An Aug 8 flight from Chongqing to Shijiazhuang was delayed for more than one hour because five first-class passengers refused to board the plane and used radical means to prevent it from taking off. Though security officers detained them later, the passengers were not charged for disturbing airline services, which is cause for concern, says an article in the Beijing Times.
