Two *propane tanks sit on top of a wooden frame about 1-meter high. Matt Oehrlein adds a few finishing touches to his *contraption before putting on a futuristic-looking headset. But instead of giving a voice command, he closes his eyes and begins to concentrate. A few moments later, fire shoots from the contraption - Oehrlein has just successfully tested his “mind-controlled” flamethrower. It is, in fact, the sensors in the headset that detect his brain signals and trigger the flamethrower.
