Not satisfied: Environmental activists march demanding more climate saving actions during the United Nations Climate Change Conference on Nov 16. The conference, which opened on Nov 11 in Warsaw, Poland and will close on Nov 22, is the 19th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. The two-decade-old negotiations have so far failed to achieve their goal of slashing emissions of CO2 and other greenhouse gases that scientists say are warming the planet. AFP |  |
