As many in China are busy discussing the value of higher education, the Obama administration kicked off a nationwide “listening tour” early this month with the aim of establishing a rating system for colleges by 2015. The system will rate colleges on a number of criteria, especially their “value” to students, reported the Christian Science Monitor.
