THE Golden Boot Award (金靴奖) is a top honor for soccer players in Europe. Only the top scorer can get it. But to Lionel Messi, winning it has become a norm (常态). On Nov 20, the Barcelona forward (前锋) was awarded the Golden Boot for his 46 goals in the 2012-2013 season. He was also the winner in 2012 and 2010. As the first player to win this award three times, Messi gives the credit to his family and teammates. “It is a group award more than an individual one.
