Beautiful view of London
本文作者: Gong Kaixuan
WHEN I was walking along the Thames in London this summer, flying seagulls (海鸥) filled my view. They spread their white wings and flew freely in the sky. I took this picture to record the fantastic scene. I stood there for a long time with my eyes closed listening to their warbles (鸟鸣). A more graceful (优雅的) scene appeared in my mind and I felt like I was flying with the birds. I thought of a verse (诗句) from Russian poet Alexander Pushkin: “as long as you have a broad mind, you can fly anytime.” Although it was cloudy that day, I definitely had a good time.
