IN some parts of the US, people commonly eat alligators (短吻鳄). Though the swamp (沼泽) animal with the huge jaws (下颚) looks scary when it’s alive, it’s flavorful (可口的) once it has been cooked. People also make leather (皮革) out of alligator skin.
