Taste of jianbing travels to the United States

IF you go to Seattle, US, don’t be surprised to see an American girl selling Chinese jianbing. Ana Stasia is the first jianbing seller in northwest US. The 29-year-old had worked as an English language teacher in Zhejiang for one and half years. During her stay in China, she tasted different Chinese foods including jianbing. After returning to the US, she found that there was nobody making jianbing in Seattle while her American and Chinese friends both missed it. So she started selling it last year. Her booth (摊子) has both Chinese and English language menus.
