Noodle master: Running a restaurant is tough. You have to get up early, work late, and always make sure the food is tasty and hygenic. But Zhang Tianyi, 24, a recent graduate of Peking University, chose the profession anyway. He set up a restaurant in Beijing’s central business district three months ago, selling rice noodles. "I studied law for six years," he says, "and I found the way of thinking I acquired through my studies could help in starting a business." Zhang sells his rice noodles online, promoting his brand on micro blogs and WeChat. In the first 84 days of doing business, he sold 14,362 bowls of rice noodles. With his second restaurant opening in Chaoyang district on June 25, he has set his mind on selling 100,000 bowls by the end of this year.XINHUA
