No good fast food

Losing weight has always been a popular New Year’s resolution, and according to a recent New York Times article, one way to achieve this goal is to eat less fast food. Most adults should consume between 1,600 and 2,400 calories each day, but a single meal at many fast food chains can easily *exceed 2,000 calories.
