THE Beijing College Student Film Festival is special because it allows college students to decide which films receive its prizes. The 23rd edition of the festival was held at the Olympic Sports Center on May 8, and Bai Baihe, 32, won Best Actress in recognition for her performance in Go Away, Mr Tumor.
