Students in Enshi, Hubei, got the chance to learn how to make them at school. On Oct 31, the No 1 Middle School in Xuanen county held a competition to make zongzi. Students presented the skills they learned in class. In recent years, several local schools have opened classes to teach students how to make traditional foods. TEENS
