Singapore’s Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced a new policy to enhance the professional development and dynamic leadership of educators. Starting in 2027, senior educators in leadership positions who have served in the same school for over eight years will be rotated to different schools. This policy targets heads of departments, year heads, and other senior key personnel, ensuring their skills and experience benefit a broader range of schools.
