ON January 20, US President Barack Obama used his inaugural (就职的) speech to give inspiration to a nation in crisis. Americans will probably take his words to heart. As ordinary folks, we may not have a chance to address such a big audience. But anyone who wants to be successful in any given career will need public speaking skills.
