Registration fees include preparatory conference expenses, the use of space and equipment, a conference bag and a set of abstracts, all coffee breaks and lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
On-site one-day registration is possible at 50 percent of the above rates, but not for presenters of papers.
Of pre-paid registration fees, 80 percent can be reimbursed if participation is cancelled in writing before July 1, 2009. No reimbursement is possible after that date.
