如:The Sound of Music (《音乐之声》),Love Story(《爱情故事》),Finding Nimo(《海底总动员》)等。
A: Ha Ha.
B: No, erm… it’s eh… rheumatism. (sits down again).
Excuse me , Captain, haven’t we forgotten to thank the Lord? For what we are about to receive, may the Lord make us truly thankful. Amen.
C: Enchanting little tune. Something you learned at the abbey?
D: I’d like to thank each and everyone of you for the precious gift you left in my pocket earlier today.
E: It’s meant to be a secret, Captain, between the children and me.
F: Knowing how nervous I must have been a stranger in the new household. Knowing how important it was to feel accepted. It was so kind and thoughtful of you to make my first moments here so warm, happy and pleasant.
G: Aha. Then I suggest that you keep it and let us eat.
Picture one: Mrs Gump takes little Forrest to visit the principal of a public school. They enter the principal’s office.
P: Your boy is … different, Mrs. Gump. His IQ is 75.
M: Well, we’re all different, Mr. Hancock.
F: She wanted me to have the finest education. So she took me to the Greenbough County Central School. I met the principal and all.
P: I want to show you something, Mrs. Gump. Now this is normal. Forrest is right here. The state requires a minimum IQ of 80 to attend public school, Mrs. Gump. He’s going to have to go to a special school. And, he’ll be just fine.
M: What does “normal” mean anyway? He might be a bit on the slow side, but my boy Forrest is going to get the same opportunities as everyone else. He’s not going to some special school to learn how to retread tires. We are talking about five little points here. There must be something that can be done.
P: We are a progressive school system. We don’t want to see anybody left behind. Is there a Mr. Gump, Mrs. Gump?
